Good clean, comfortable hotel from inside. Outside need big time touchup. Hotel staff is extremely polite and professional except front office supervisor. The breakfast buffet has so many options. Food quality and taste are awesome. Location is perfect if you like to shop walk and just chill.

Not worth for money..if you want to stay at the mall road,select this hotel or else can go for mayflower or other good resorts..restuarant needs improvement..add more varities in breakfast and dinner..i stayed in ramada in other places and know about their food quality and taste..

This is a very good place to stay. Rooms are excellent and very clean. They timely clean the room with exceptional perfection. The breakfast and dinner was awesome. When people are few, they take individual orders where you can order anything! When people staying are more, they have buffet system which has some great food options! Overall one of the best places to stay in Darjeeling.

Wonderful stay at Ramada Darjeeling It was a group visit and everyone is happy. Food and service is best someone can expect. Bakul da and the whole restaurant team made it possible. It was a two night stay this time. Visited many times before, everytime it's better hospitality than before.
